Under no circumstances should our initial view of the chances of your case be viewed as a substitute for comprehensive legal advice. Reliance on the initial response that we provide is entirely as your own risk. Therefore we strongly recommend in all cases that you seek follow up detailed legal advice on the circumstances of your particular case. We accept no responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on and acting upon, or omitting to act upon our initial response to the merits of pursuing your claim.

Whilst we will endeavour to respond to you within 48 working hours we may at our absolute discretion decline to respond to details sent to us by you via our form, particularly where the matter is complex and unsuitable for a response in this way.

In completing the form, you agree that we may, as we see fit, pass on your details to other solicitors with whom we have previously made arrangements to refer cases. In these circumstances your legal relationship will be with the referral solicitors and not with net employment solicitors therefore we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss arising out of the services and advice provided by these firms.
