In accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority; Code of Conduct, in particular Rule 9, net employment solicitors, notifies the users of this website of the following
(1) We are the legal representative appointed to act for UDW.
(2) A referral to UDW is not a recommendation to use their services, we advise users of our website to consider the service of other Unions and determine whether the UDW is suitable for their particular circumstances.
(3) A referral to UDW does not compromise the independence of the firm; it is the firm’s policy to always act in the best interests of our client’s and the general public.
(4) net employment solicitors are not legally accountable to UDW members where we have not been asked by UDW to act on the members behalf, neither are we responsible for the actions of UDW who are an independent Trade Union.
